Aggregate measurement
The index records page openings and outbound destinations using an EU-hosted analytics endpoint. The purpose is editorial: understanding which dossiers attract scrutiny.
Excluded collection
No advertising network, personal profile, session recording or resale channel is attached. A browser-local anonymous identifier may be erased through site-data controls.
