In force from 11.07.2026This index is compiled editorially by persons who have designed and shipped financial products. No firm pays for inclusion; no firm pays for position.
The four criteria are fixed and published. Evidence is drawn from the public record: portfolios, case studies, client announcements. Named, verifiable products are weighted above marketing language in every assessment. Compilers may hold professional history with firms listed; the fixed criteria and source links are the corrective.
The index is re-examined monthly. The assessment date advances only upon substantive revision.
